Heartbroken Bride Has Solo Photo Shoot After Fiancé Is Killed by Drunk Driver Before Wedding
Heartbreaking photos have surfaced online of a beautiful bride, but tragically she is not blushing, instead, she is solo and grieving. A drunk driver took her fiancé’s life before their wedding and her entire world came crashing down on her. Yet, she bravely carried on with the photo shoot in his honor.
The bride-to-be, Jessica Padgett was set to marry Kendall Murphy, the love of her life on September 29, 2018. All the carefully-crafted details were set from the perfect wedding dress, hairstyle to the delicious dinner and DJ for a night of dancing with family and friends.
Then on November 10, 2017, Kendall, a 27-year-old volunteer firefighter, reportedly arrived at the scene of a car crash in Daviess County, Indiana. He was helping a victim when he was struck and killed by an alleged drunk driver.
Despite her unbelievable heartache, she realized that she still wanted to honor her husband and hold a meaningful photo shoot. Her mom, Katrina contacted a professional photographer named Mandi Knepp with an unexpected request. Though Mandi had never been asked to do such a heart-wrenching photo shoot request, she was honored. The photos are so amazing and so touching.
